What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, PayPal, and secure online payment gateways. Cash payments are also accepted for certain bookings made in person.

Our service warranty covers full support in case of cancellations due to weather conditions or operational issues. We ensure rescheduling or a full refund where applicable. Third-party services (e.g., attractions or transport) are subject to their individual terms.

Grand Voyage Tourism is a private company that provides visa application assistance services. We are not affiliated with any government or embassy. Our services include fast processing at affordable prices. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the decision rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for delays, loss of documents, or decisions made by the embassy. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

Our main office is based in Dubai, with a local team operating in Abu Dhabi as well. We offer tours, pickups, and assistance across both cities.

  • Service charges and government fees (if applicable) are communicated clearly before processing begins.

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or verified processing errors by GVT.

 

  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the UAE immigration authorities. GVT cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

Most of our tours are family-friendly with no strict age limits. However, certain activities like dune bashing or skydiving may have age and health restrictions for safety reasons. Always check individual tour details.

Yes, many of our vehicles and partner venues offer complimentary Wi-Fi. However, we recommend checking tour-specific amenities for confirmation.
